Biography
Gaetano ''Guy'' Mercogliano is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been trial counsel in a variety of litigation matters in both jurisdictions. In addition to being a member of state and local bar associations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (Professional Liability Steering Committee), PLUS, New Jersey Defense Association and Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and is on the Board of Directors of USLAW.
